All cancellations are required to be made 72 hours or 3 business days prior to your appointment date & time. (Excludes Saturday & Sundays you will need to cancel by 5pm the previous week on Friday if you have a Monday or Tuesday appointment.) Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the booked service utilizing the card on file. Same day cancellations, and no shows will be charged 100% of their services booked unless otherwise discussed. Color booking fees are non refundable or transferrable for rescheduling unless approved by me Stephanie prior to in writing. Anyone who refuses to abide by the above policy will be asked to prepay for future services in order to book. All color services are non-refundable once client has left the salon. Adjustments can be discussed within 24 hours within reason of original request, and must be agreed upon by myself Stephanie. Thank you all for understanding that this is my livelihood. I have decided it’s best to put policies in place to protect my time in the salon. I do realize that emergencies arise, and all I ask is for communication.
